2. About RVer

RVer is a brand of Amplified Creations - Informática e Gestão, Lda. ("Amplified Creations"), the manufacturer with SRN PT-MF-000059840, consisting of a virtual reality system for clinical use whose base product is classified as a Class I Medical Device, registered in EUDAMED and with INFARMED (Portugal) under no. CDM 94571546 and CE marked under MDR 2017/745. The RVer Motion, RVer Neuro and RVer Exposure modules are in development and are not covered by that registration. Clinical use must be carried out by qualified healthcare professionals.

All content on this website is the property of RVer or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent Portuguese courts.
