02How it works
From first contact to every unit up and running.
- 01Start in one unit
One unit goes first, with the team that will run the sessions. The group’s management sees how it goes before expanding.
- 02One contract for the group
The same terms for every unit, adjusted to the number of headsets, invoiced centrally or per unit, as the group prefers. No public prices: the proposal is made for the group.
- 03Each unit joins when it is ready
It receives the configured headsets and team training, remote and included. The headsets remain RVer’s.
- 04One person at RVer for the group
A single contact for the group’s management, and the same support for every unit, from the team that makes RVer.
03What gets settled once
What each unit would have to handle on its own is handled at group level.
Data protection
The group’s DPO reviews the DPIA template once. No health data leaves the device, in any unit.
Procurement
A tender specification template and the device documentation for central purchasing. In the public sector, we respond to whatever procedure the group opens, including framework agreements.

The same implementation guide, quick guide and family leaflet in every unit.
04Companies supporting several institutions
A company can support RVer in several units of a group or a municipality through corporate giving, with a single letter and an annual session report per unit.
