Virtual reality in home care

In home care, the team visits each person at home. Many hardly go out any more, spend the day alone, and the visit is the day’s moment of company.

The headset comes on the visit: a meaningful place, with no network needed at the person’s home

  • 100 %Offline

The library lives on the headset, always available, even without a network.

  • 2 h 30 to 2 h 40Battery life

    Playing video, no cable.

  • 0Updates mid-session

Updates itself at any time, never during a session.

Where it is used

Three uses that fit into a visit, with the team choosing the scene.

Memories and places

A hometown, Fátima, the sea: meaningful places, chosen by the team for each person.

In bed or in the armchair

For those who spend the day lying down or reclined: with lying-down mode, the scene appears level.

In any home

The library is on the headset. No internet, no TV and nothing to install at the person’s home.

Simple for your team. Transformative for the person at home.

No technical complexity. Our team handles everything: it arrives configured, training included.

  1. 01
    We set everything up

The headsets arrive with the app and the library loaded. Just charge them before the round.

  2. 02
The headset comes on the visit

The team brings it charged and chooses the scene on the headset itself, with the controller. No network, no cables.

  3. 03
    The person experiences it

Seated, lying down or in the armchair. Between users, the silicone cover is cleaned with a wipe.

Lying-down mode

Lying down or reclined the world stays level.

Many people cannot sit up. Lying-down mode aligns the horizon with the tilt of the head, so the scenario looks upright instead of skewed. It works with every 360° scenario.

The horizon follows the head

Beyond recentring the scenario on the person’s direction, RVer aligns the horizon with the tilt of the head, in a reclined armchair or in bed.

Less discomfort

A misaligned horizon is one of the main causes of discomfort in virtual reality. Aligning it with the person keeps the session comfortable.

Every scenario, at any angle

The same 360° scenario works seated, reclined or lying down, without filming separate versions.
