Frequently asked questions
What people ask us about the quote.
How much does RVer cost?
It depends on the number of sites, extra headsets, modules and how you pay, so we do not publish a price list. Fill in the request above and the team will send you a written proposal with the yearly price and what is included.
What is included?
Each licence includes a configured, ready-to-use headset, the full content library, content and software updates during the contract, initial setup and training for your team, and remote support.
Does the institution have to buy the headsets?
No. The headsets belong to RVer. The institution contracts a yearly service, with no investment in equipment.
How are licences and headsets counted?
One licence per physical site, with one headset included. If a site needs more headsets, extra headsets are added to its licence.
Can we pay monthly?
Yes. Monthly payment adds 15% to the yearly price.
How long is the proposal valid?
30 or 60 days, as stated in the proposal. You can accept it online, on the link itself, or reply to the email.
How can we fund it?
RVer counts as an operating expense. The usual routes (own budget, corporate donations, awards, local authorities) are explained in How to fund and procure.
