RVer

Virtual Reality that transforms lives

RVer is an immersive Virtual Reality therapy system whose base product — the video library — is registered as a Class I Medical Device with Infarmed (no. CDM 94571546) and bears the CE mark under EU Regulation 2017/745, self-declared by the manufacturer with no notified body. It is used in hospitals, clinics and care homes as a non-pharmacological complement for comfort, distraction, relaxation, guided activity and wellbeing, always under the supervision of the healthcare team.

Content playback runs entirely on the headset, with no internet needed during a session, and it installs in under a day without depending on hospital IT systems. It collects no patient clinical data. It does not replace medical prescription, clinical assessment or clinical judgement.

Modules

RVer Motion, RVer Neuro and RVer Exposure are modules in development, not covered by the Class I medical device registration, which covers the base product.

Solutions by setting

Study library — published research on virtual reality in healthcare settings, organised by topic. Most of it is by independent, peer-reviewed authors; the texts marked as RVer Study are written by our team. None of them is a performance claim for the product.
